Hemoglobin A1C

Hemoglobin A1C is a measure of glycosylated hemoglobin. The test is utilized to screen patients for diabetes and pre-diabetes and to measure patient progress during care. Elevated blood sugar is associated with a wide variety of chronic health disorders including allergies, autoimmune disease, cancer, cardiovascular disease etc.

The following are before/after HgA1C test results from patients at the Goldberg Tener Clinic. The improvements seen came by addressing causal factors and without the use of drugs, herbs or other treatments/therapies.

4.0 – 5.7 = Non-Diabetic
5.8 – 6.0 = Pre-diabetes
6.0 +  =  Diabetes
